CEO Connects.
A global company based in the UK is using the SnapTicker to broadcast internal ‘tweets’ twice a day from the CEO. The first time the CEO included a link to his internal blog in the scroll, they had so many click-throughs that IT had to scramble to accommodate the unexpected blast of blog traffic! It’s proven to be a very useful way to initiate and maintain  direct interaction between the CEO and staff outside of their head office.

Keeping Contact Center staff up to date.
A non-profit agency based in New Zealand is using the SnapTicker to keep their Contact Center staff in the loop. Previously they found that email messages weren’t getting through  - employees were constantly missing important updates and complaining that they hadn’t been told. Once the company started broadcasting over the Ticker, reps found updates would be waiting for them and scroll onscreen. This simple change led to increased efficiency and happier empl0yees.

Driving faster Sales results.
A Southern California retail and restaurant distributor was proud of their Sales Reps, but knew they weren’t getting all the info they needed to do a great job.  Information sent by Email or posted on the intranet took a long time to be read: Reps used a web-based ordering system for daily work and skipped the intranet altogether. Email could take days to be opened.
