Snap Comms - Pricing

Hosted Solution:

The hosted Snap solution is an extremely affordable, fully managed solution which is charged either monthly or annually on a per user basis. Ongoing fees include the following:

Unlimited use of all Snap Tools
User license for the Snap Client software
Dedicated, secure hosted environment for your company
24/7 Content Manager access for multiple company administrators
Reports on delivery, display, and click-through for all messages/content sent
Technical support and maintenance
Ongoing software and service upgrades

Depending on your number of users, pricing ranges from $0.55 USD - $0.83 USD per user per month. Longer term discounts, additional discounts for larger user volumes, and unlimited user packages are also available. Contact us for more information.

In-house solution:

A managed version of the Snap platform can be hosted within your company network. Pricing is customized to your specific environment – please contact us to discuss further.

SET UP CHARGES

Initial set up charges start at $1.32 USD per user and are further discounted based on the user volumes and term commitment you choose. These charges cover establishment of the secure solution environment for your company, delivery of the Snap Client, set up of users and administrators, initial training, integration with your company’s active directory (or other core directory service), transition planning and support, etc.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Incorporation of company-specific Templates.

The Snap Solution includes standard Snap Tools templates. However, a specific look-and-feel or brand can be applied like a ‘skin’ to the Snap Templates to personalize the templates for your organization.

Charges for template incorporation usually range from $200 (simple) to $350 (complex) per template for Snap Shots, Snap Alert, Snap Ticker, Snap Poll, Snap Quiz.

The existing Snap Mag template can be highly personalized for free (changing colour schemes, layout, fonts, text formatting, adding logos, images, etc.) For custom magazine templates beyond this, pricing is on application and will depend on the resources required to integrate the design into the Snap solution. Graphic Design of Templates.

We also can provide graphic design services to help you create visually appealing templates that match your company’s look, feel and guidelines. Indicative rates are $75 per hour for graphic design services . Please contact us to discuss your requirements and/or obtain a quote specific to your needs.
